I grew up on a watermelon farm in West Texas and we also kept a few beehives, so I’m no stranger to all things related to agriculture, but as my mom would tell you, I spent my childhood with my nose in books.
You can’t exactly get a degree in reading novels, so I went to college and got a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition. I went to work for a major publishing company after college and honed my editing skills.
I’ve never forgotten my farm upbringing, and I enjoy being a part of getting solid information about beekeeping to the general public is important. You can contact me at email@example.com
My path to working for Honeybee Stings is an unconventional one. Confession: I grew up in a New York City apartment and had nothing to do with anything farm-related. However, as a teenager, I took a summer vacation with a friend whose grandparents lived on a small farm in upstate New York.
It opened my eyes to a lot of things I’d never experienced before.
After getting my degree in business administration, I became involved in writing and editing technical documents. I
t was a natural transition to writing and editing online. I work with an excellent team of professionals here at Honeybee Stings. You can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I grew up in Arkansas, which has the nickname of “The Natural State.” In the 1980s and 1990s (and even still today), life in Arkansas is mostly agricultural, and my family kept some beehives.
Robbing the hives of honey was something that was fascinating to me, and selling honey at local craft fairs showed me that a living could be made in beekeeping.
Most people do beekeeping as a hobby, and getting solid information to amateur and professional beekeepers is essential for the well-being of both bees and beeks.
It’s great to be a part of this team of this team of total pros here at Honeybee Stings. You can contact me at email@example.com
